Situated on the Mornington Peninsula a three minute stroll to a popular but secluded beach, only sixty minutes to the centre of Melbourne by car and less than thirty to the Sorrento ferry terminal. The train to Frankston and change to No 781 bus will also get you there.

 
The centre is built in the middle of a tree flanked peaceful four acres in one of the most attractive coastal areas of Melbourne halfway between historic Mornington and charming Mount Martha Township. Not isolated yet secluded ideal for your church, family, youth, school or other conference, camp or no fuss escapes from it all.
 
At a very reasonable tariff Lawton Lodge accommodates a capacity of eighty people in twenty three rooms which include three styles of accommodation; a self contained unit, six rooms with on suite facilities, also an assortment of double beds, single and bunks within the east wing.
 
A (negotiable) minimum of 25 people is required for booking. The conference room is equipped with O.H.P, Whiteboard, DVD, Video, T.V, Piano and overhead fans.
 
The dining area has a guest fridge, sound system and continual hot water urn and overhead fans. Self-catering is available, catered meals are highly recommended with a very versatile excellent quality menu.
 
Table tennis and some sporting equipment is available and can be enjoyed on the large outdoor activities area, volleyball, basketball, small playground and B.B.Q facilities are found around the grounds.
